Who are we?

We believe that positive well-being within the workplace is not just a feeling of happiness, but it also reflects a culture of harmony between the organization’s goals and personal values To maintain a healthy work environment, company well-being must be at the heart of the business. The world is waking up to the importance of luxury. With a third of our lives spent at work, well-being becomes very important for both employees and leaders.

An evidence-based model of Wellbeing – PERMA

The PERMA model is an evidence-based model of well-being developed by Martin Seligman, the psychologist usually credited with being the founder of Positive Psychology. The general goal of positive psychology, including the PERMA model, is to equip each of us to raise the level of our wellbeing and enjoy more of what makes life worth living.

5 week progam

A 10-hour program delivered over 5 weeks, 2 hours each week, that provides participants with the tools to develop a personalised mental health and wellbeing strategy, tailored to their psychological health profile and current life circumstances.

Foundations

5 hour progam

A 5-hour program which introduces participants to the key principles of the Be Well Plan as well as introducing them to Master class program.

Masterclasses

1 hour sessions

1-hour sessions that provide your people with the opportunity to engage in ongoing content and continue to learn and apply key concepts in building mental health and wellbeing. Topics include Wellbeing for People Leaders, Managing Stress.

Executive Coaching

Unlocking healthy performance

Our unique approach to leadership coaching begins with an assessment of their personal resilience. Your leaders will build vital awareness of the behaviours and thinking patterns that enable them to navigate challenges.
