We believe that positive well-being within the workplace is not just a feeling of happiness, but it also reflects a culture of harmony between the organization’s goals and personal values To maintain a healthy work environment, company well-being must be at the heart of the business. The world is waking up to the importance of luxury. With a third of our lives spent at work, well-being becomes very important for both employees and leaders.

Why do we exist?

We exist to create.

A world where people have the skills to build their mental health and grow through life’s challenges.

Why? Because everyone has the right and the ability to flourish in their unique circumstances.

We want to make it easier for people to create positive wellbeing habits, so we can all thrive as individuals, organisations and as a wider community.

The World Health Organization definition of wellbeing is:

“a state of mind in which an individual is able to realise his or her own abilities, cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community”
In this sense, wellbeing is made up of two key elements: feeling good; and functioning well.
