A 10-hour program delivered over 5 weeks, 2 hours each week, that provides participants with the tools to develop a personalised mental health and wellbeing strategy, tailored to their psychological health profile and current life circumstances.

Foundations

5 hour progam
A 5-hour program which introduces participants to the key principles of the Be Well Plan as well as introducing them to Master class program.

Masterclasses

1 hour sessions
1-hour sessions that provide your people with the opportunity to engage in ongoing content and continue to learn and apply key concepts in building mental health and wellbeing. Topics include Wellbeing for People Leaders, Managing Stress.

Executive Coaching

Unlocking healthy performance
Our unique approach to leadership coaching begins with an assessment of their personal resilience. Your leaders will build vital awareness of the behaviours and thinking patterns that enable them to navigate challenges. Their leadership coach will work to capitalise on their strengths, breakdown limiting beliefs and cultivate powerful new behaviours.

Positive Leadership program

positive leadership aims to ensure that the manager’s leadership style actively creates a working environment that promotes the development of employees’ potential.
